The CE mark is a safety certification mark and is considered to be a manufacturer’s passport to open and enter the European market. CE stands for CONFORMITE EUROPEENNE.
In the EU market the “CE” mark is a compulsory certification mark, whether it is for products produced in the EU or in other countries, in order to circulate freely in the EU market, the “CE” mark must be applied to show that the product meets the basic requirements of the EU’s This is a basic requirement of the EU Directive on Technical Harmonisation and Standardisation. This is a mandatory requirement for products under EU law.
In January 2021, EN Plus received the CE certificate from TÜV Rheinland for the new generation of the AC EV chargers. With strong R&D strength and long-term precipitation in overseas EV charging markets, the launched new generation EV chargers have been upgraded in various aspects such as user habits, authorisation identification, information interaction, networking methods, operation management, environmental integration, visual and sensory processing, providing a strong boost for further expansion in overseas markets.
The CE marking was granted for EN Plus’ full range of 7kW, 11kW and 22kW AC EV chargers.
The European Standard business series AC chargers adopts the open OCPP 1.6 communication protocol, which supports seamless interconnection between charging stations and the central management system of each supplier, enabling interconnection between platforms. In addition, the products are equipped with a charging operation management system developed by EN Plus, which allow intelligent monitoring, remote maintenance and online upgrade of the EV chargers, providing customers with a more intelligent and efficient charging service.
